I’m Kelly Filardi, and my journey in mental health began over a decade ago as a clinical psychologist in Brazil. Since moving to Australia in 2012, I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally, earning a master’s in counselling and Psychotherapy.
While working at VR Therapy Brisbane, I had the opportunity to explore the world of Virtual Reality as a therapeutic tool. Integrating VR into my practice has allowed me to create immersive and experiential healing experiences, which have been especially effective in helping clients navigate phobias and manage anxiety.
